KITCHEN BEAUTY TIPS:
* As much as possible eat foods without a label or packaging, but at the very least make sure you can recognize and pronounce every ingredient on the label.
*Support local food, farmers and artisans. Eat organic when possible.
* When eating animal products make sure you can trace your food back to a source that you know raised and fed the animal humanely.
*Avoid the "whites". White bread, pasta, rice, refined sugar, high fructose sweeteners, trans fat, canned foods not free of bisphenol-A (BPA).
Spend time enjoying food, sharing it with people you love, and freeing yourself from calorie counting, and restrictive diets.
